If ever there was a perfect spot for an active vacation, it's Kitzbühel. It doesn't matter what kind of a sports challenge you're looking for - practically everything is possible around our hotel. In winter, there are 150 km of widely varied ski runs, with perfectly goomed downhill slopes and cross-country trails. In the summer, take your pick of hiking, swimming, mountain biking, Nordic walking or golf at the largest golf center in the Alps. On the other hand, you could simply take your ease in our hotel's garden, sauna and steam bath. Or would you prefer a workout in our fitness room? Just act on the inspiration of the moment!

Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.
